Joy Helfrich
Central Oregon Chapter
2010 Chapter President
Real estate has been my passion for nearly 30 years.  As a resident of Central Oregon since 1991, it has been my pleasure assisting clients to pursue their passions by making their experience with real estate a delight.  Some of my favorite relationships have been those with clients (friends) since my first transactions in the late 70's.
Community is also a major focus of mine and the Realtors® of Central Oregon are a part of that.  As a member of the Central Oregon Chapter of WCR, I know the importance of leadership, involvement and continuing education to our profession and most of all, to our clients.
If I might be of assistance to you, your family or your clients, please know that I am never too busy for your referrals.

Phyllis Mageau, Treasurer
Central Oregon Chapter
2010 President Elect

Phyllis joined our chapter in the beginning of 2006 and since has served in many capacities.  She has chaired for both State and Local Bylaws and contributed to both the Newsletter and Education committees.  2008 was a very fullfilling year for her as our Oregon State WCR State Secretary and Central Oregon Chair for Finance and Budget.  In 2009 she served as both our State and Local Treasurer. She brings more than 20 years of real estate experience to the table.  Please join us in welcoming Phyllis as our WCR  Central Oregon president Elect.

Susie Helfer, Secretary
Central Oregon Chapter
2010 Secretary

I obtained my real estate license in 2002 and work with my husband, Bob who has been 11 years in the profession. I love working with clients to key into their unique wants and needs whether selling or buying. Bob has an affinity for remodel and brings a structural strength to the sale. Our clients are our friends and we would love the opportunity to show you why. I have been enjoying Central Oregon for nearly 40 years and have had the pleasure of living here for 10 years. I have owned properties in Sisters Redmond and now reside in Bend. I have a good working knowledge of the different climates and cultures of Central Oregon from Sisters to Prineville to Sunriver and Lapine.

Having been in a successful service business here and a long time resident, I really believe I am in touch with what is important in Bend and what is going on in the market also. I want to help others realize their needs in the real estate world.
My wide variety of contacts and significant involvement in numerous areas of real estate development has kept me constantly in touch with what is going on in Central Oregon. My service background continues to be at the top of my list in helping all of my clients to achieve their hopes and dreams.
